These terms cover booking with Simplisik LLC and the text messages we send.
Simplisik LLC text messages
When you agree to texts from Simplisik LLC (on a call, by texting us first, when you book on www.simplisik.org or on one of our forms), you’ll get texts about your appointments and requests: booking confirmations, reminders, updates, invoices and receipts, and replies to your messages.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We’ll confirm, and you won’t get more texts. Reply START to sign up again.
- Reply HELP for help, or call (615) 827-7672 or email micah@simplisik.com.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Our messaging provider transmits these texts and may collect and monitor their content to deliver them and to prevent spam and fraud. By agreeing to texts or texting us, you consent to this.
- Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking and cancellation
- Book at least 2 hours ahead, up to 3 months out.
- Free to cancel or reschedule until 48 hours before.
