This policy explains how Simplisik LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information about our clients and visitors when you use www.simplisik.org, book with us, fill out one of our forms, or call or text us.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: your name, phone number, email and address.
• Booking and service details: what you book, appointment times, notes, photos and the forms you fill out.
• Calls and texts: when you call or text us, our phone system (which may include an automated assistant) answers, and calls and messages may be recorded and transcribed so we can help you and keep accurate records.
• Payments: card payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We see the card brand and the last four digits, never the full card number.
• Website visits: the pages you view on our site, counted without advertising cookies.

How we use it

To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments, answer your questions, send invoices and receipts, keep records of the work we do, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you agree to get texts from Simplisik LLC, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you asked for: confirmations, reminders, updates and replies. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. See our SMS terms.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your text-messaging opt-in and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates, except the service providers that deliver our messages for us.

Our messaging provider transmits these texts and may collect and monitor their content to deliver them and to prevent spam and fraud. By agreeing to texts or texting us, you consent to this.

Who we share it with

• FrontLark, the software we use for scheduling, our phone line, texting and this website. It processes information only on our behalf, with its own service providers, including the AI providers that power our virtual receptionist. See the FrontLark Privacy Policy.
• Phone carriers and messaging providers, only to deliver calls and texts.
• Stripe, which processes card payments under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you’re a customer and as long as we need it for our records or the law requires, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts right away.
